DreamGuard works with two iOS devices on the same Wi-Fi network. Install DreamGuard on both devices, then choose "Baby Station" on the device near your baby and "Parent Station" on the device you carry with you. Enter the 6-digit pairing code to connect.
If devices won't connect, make sure both are on the same Wi-Fi network, that Local Network permission is enabled in iOS Settings for DreamGuard, and that Bluetooth is turned on (used for initial device discovery).
Cry detection works best when the baby station device is placed 1-2 meters from your baby with the microphone unobstructed. Adjust sensitivity in Settings if you get too many or too few alerts.
For extended monitoring, keep the baby station device plugged in. Enable Eco Mode (Pro feature) to reduce battery usage by lowering video frame rate when the room is quiet.
Manage or cancel your DreamGuard Pro subscription through your Apple ID: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.
